2. Services Provided

The mentorship services include:

• One-on-one coaching calls (60 minutes weekly for 10 weeks)
• Trade review and performance tracking
• Recorded sessions for review
• Private community access for questions and growth
• Trading templates, playbooks, and educational materials
• Between-call support and accountability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application
• Have basic understanding of day trading concepts
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Pricing: We offer two mentorship packages:

• First Package ($3,000): A faster-paced mentorship program focused on watch and follow learning. This package is designed for traders who prefer a more accelerated learning experience.
• Second Package ($9,000): A comprehensive mentorship program where I teach and guide you while you are actively analyzing the charts and making trading decisions.

Payment plans may be available at our discretion. Specific pricing and package details will be discussed during your discovery call.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via methods specified during the application process.

Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable once the mentorship program has commenced and the first session has been completed. Due to the personalized nature of this mentorship, we do not offer refunds after the program begins. If you have concerns, please address them during the discovery call before committing to the program.

Payment Obligations: You are responsible for all fees associated with your participation in the program. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Attend all scheduled mentorship calls on time
• Provide honest and accurate information about your trading
• Follow the trading plan and process we develop together
• Complete assigned tasks and journaling requirements
• Respect the confidentiality of other participants in the community
• Use the provided materials and information solely for your personal trading education
• Communicate openly and professionally

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through the mentorship program, including but not limited to templates, playbooks, trade journals, recordings, videos, documents, and educational content, are the exclusive property of Guilherme Trading Mentorship and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal trading education only. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or sell any materials to third parties
• Reproduce or create derivative works from the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes
• Record or redistribute mentorship sessions without explicit written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

No Trading Guarantees: We are not responsible for any trading losses you may incur. All trading decisions are made by you, and you accept full responsibility for the outcomes of your trades.

Educational Purpose Only: The mentorship is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guilherme Trading Mentorship, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or business interruption.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that:

• You will achieve specific trading results or profits
• Your trading performance will improve
• The mentorship will meet your specific expectations
• Any particular outcome will result from following our guidance

Trading results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, your commitment, discipline, risk management, and individual circumstances.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Fail to make required payments
• Disrupt the mentorship experience for others
• Share confidential materials or violate intellectual property rights

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately, and you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during mentorship sessions. You agree not to disclose details about other participants or share proprietary methods discussed in private sessions.

11. Governing Law
